The Ombudsman Program is looking for volunteers to advocate for residents of long-term care facilities in Montgomery, Stewart, and Houston Counties. This is very important work to help improve the quality of care of residents of nursing homes and assisted livings.
The training consists of classroom training, shadowing, and self study.
